John has spent the last 20 years traveling and training with the best trainers in the world. He opened NuForm Fitness in 2004 as an alternative to the mindless, inefficient, and dangerous workouts that he experienced on a daily basis, in almost every gym that he visited. John’s journey has afforded him the ability to develop unique programs that deliver highly effective results for his clients. His goal from the beginning was to cut through all the BS to find the most efficient ways to get the human body to reach it’s full potential both athletically and aesthetically. John has over 30 years of martial arts experience, and is a certified level 2 TFW MMA Strength and Conditioning Coach. He also holds certifications from RKC and IKFF as a Russian Kettelbell Instructor. In addition he has done multiple mentorships with The Institute of Human Performance and Mike Boyle’s Strength and Conditioning, as well as DVRT Certified, Level 2 Underground Strength Coach, and Certified Natural Trainer.
