We focus on the sports specific needs of the High School and College athlete. Our program has been honed over 30 years with the help of some of the best coaches in the United States. This class is only offered at NUFORM FITNESS, and is the brain child of owner and trainer, John Hansen. This program brings the best of both training worlds into one synergistic class. We combine a half hour of strength training using Kettlebells, TRX, and bodyweight exercises with another half hour of the amazing fat burning and conditioning benefits of KIckboxing. This program is for anybody who is looking for a challenge, and is trying to get into the best shape of their lives!!
